As delegates to the cpd courses will know, the RICS Rules of Conduct have been in play but the ByeLaws on which they are built have still been the pre 2007 set. The RICS now has a new proposed 'Governance Model' which is available for viewing on the RICS website today. Worth checking out if you still have an interview to look forward to.
